How much experience do you have?

Schaffer Sound Productions is quite proud of the fact that we celebrated
our 25th anniversary in September 2002. Since 1977, we have entertained at
more than 30,000 functions of all types. Your entertainer will have at least
5 years of experience, assuring you of a confident and personable disc jockey.

Are you recommended?

Absolutely! Schaffer is recommended by over 100 banquet facilities,
250 corporations and, more importantly, by thousands of satisfied customers!

Who picks the music for my event?

Quite simply, YOU do!!! It has been a company policy for 25 years to let
the customer pick as much or as little of the music as you want.
We will certainly make suggestions to you, but ultimately you are paying us
and we will make sure your day is EXACTLY the way you want it to be.

Are you accredited?

We are a proud member of The Better Business Bureau, The National
Association of Catering Executives and The Delaware County Chamber
of Commerce.

What would happen in the case of an emergency?

Regardless of who you choose for your wedding, there is always the
possibility of an emergency situation arising with the entertainer.
Schaffer has a 24 hour beeper system to handle these rare circumstances.
Each week we place several Disc Jockeys on call for such a purpose.

What if I prefer doing business face-to-face?
Do you have an office location?

Schaffer is totally committed to customer service and this is why we have
always made our staff available to the public at least 40 hours a week. With
our new, conveniently located office, we have made it even easier to do
business with us.

Do you specialize in weddings?

Although we perform at events such as birthday parties and anniversary
parties, 90% of our business comes from entertaining people at weddings.

Do you have professional equipment?

We take great pride in only using the very best equipment. From our Denon
CD players and our 100% CD format to our Crown Amplifiers, you can be
assured of the highest quality equipment available.

Will my DJ be dressed properly?

Your entertainer will be wearing a formal tuxedo, thus not only sounding
terrific, but also looking his very best!

Do you carry liability insurance?

Schaffer carries full liability coverage for every event for total peace of mind
for both our customers and the banquet facilities
